Well aware that every project involves multiple vendors working together collaboratively, and maintaining quality at every phase would be a herculean task, 18 Studiioz has stringent policy in place to appoint a dedicated person for each client site to take care of the overall quality of the project. Every material undergoes strict inspect from this member, and only after his signatory approval will the contractors use them in the project. Additionally, the company also uses latest technology tools such as 3D printers, CNC cutters, laser cutting machines and SDSMR engraving machines to make sure that the clients are provided the best quality services. Most importantly, it has a strong feedback mechanism in place wherein feedback is gathered from the customer at every phase of the project and accordingly worked upon.

Explaining about an ongoing project, Bhumit elucidates, “Located on a small hilltop amidst the lush greenery of Nilgiris in Coonoor, the Lairosa Mansion & Coffee House is very close to my heart as reaching there takes us through numerous curves of the mountain. Currently under the process of excavation, the construction typology is completely different for this project wherein instead of concrete foundation, we have opted for natural stone masonry and are using brown earthy elements due to the surrounding greenery. There’s no doubt it’ll turn-out to be a beautiful café!”.
