Salasar Techno Engineering Ltd (STEL) announced on 27th February, that it has secured a contract valued at Rs.200 crore from ZETWERK Business for the provision of 25,000 MT of solar structures.
According to the statement of stock exchange filing of the company,"We are pleased to inform you that today, M/s Salasar Techno Engineering Limited has issued a press release announcing the successful securing of an order valued at over Rs. 2,000 million from M/s ZETWERK Business Private Limited."
The company, Salasar will supply the specified quantity to ZETWORK or its affiliates for subsequent export under the contract, which is worth more than Rs.200 crore.
The company said in a statement informed, the aforementioned agreement enhances the backlog of orders and is anticipated to be finalized within a span of 12 months, resulting in favorable EBITDA margins.
The management team of Salasar stated that, they are delighted to establish the strategic alliance with M/s ZETWERK Businesses Pvt Ltd to procure 25,000 MT of Solar Structures for future export. They expect that, the collaboration will highlight their dedication to promoting sustainable solutions and signifies a significant step forward in our progress.
The team also added,that they expect to initiate the delivery of the designated amount within the upcoming 12 months, showcasing our dedication to punctual execution and exceptional delivery.
Furthermore, according to BSE report, Salasar Techno Engineering Ltd's shares closed at Rs.26.27, marking a decrease of Rs.0.20, or 0.76%.
