The YEIDA - Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has accelerated its plans for commercial & industrial activities in the vicinity of the upcoming facility as the works on the Noida International Airport gets underway.
In the most recent scheme, YEIDA is asking developers to buy land for hotels near the second airport in the National Capital Region. Under the plan, three plots have been placed on special & will be apportioned on the basis on e-auction.
Regarding this, an official person subjected to this matter says, “It (the new offer) is a golden opportunity for developers and hospitality companies to invest here for setting up of star-rated hotels near the upcoming Jewar airport. We are hopeful of getting a good response from prospective bidders this time”.
The plan will end on May 21. Three commercial plots that were only intended for hotels have been put up for sale as part of the scheme. There are three sizes of these land parcels available including 3,400 square meters (sq m), 5,000 sq m, & 10,000 sq m.
These plots are located in YEIDA’s sector 28, adjoining the Yamuna Freeway & furthermore near the Noida Global Air terminal at Jewar. These plots additionally brag access toward the east-west freight corridor, the proposed Worldwide Film City in sector 21 & the park for medical devices situated nearby.
As indicated by authorities, these hotel plots will be circulated through an e-auction. Following the conclusion of the Lok Sabha election, the e-auction will take place on June 14. The winning bidders will receive the plots on a 90-year lease.
