Xanadu Realty joins with top real estate groups to develop residential project in Navi Mumbai

Listed development firm Xanadu Realty has joined hands with Delta Group, Bhagwati Group, and Pyramid Group in order to launch a residential development in Airoli, Navi Mumbai.

The high end residential project is named as 'Celestria', which is spanning across an area of one million sq. ft. and it is valued nearly Rs. 1,800 crore. The project is offering nearly 1,000 units of 2-BHK, 3-BHK, and 4-BHK homes, with ticket sizes ranging from Rs. 1.4 crore to Rs.4 crore.

Airoli is emerging as a prominent residential hub in Navi Mumbai, characterized by well-designed living spaces and a commitment to premium quality homes. This development is set to redefine the area's residential landscape, offering residents modern amenities and a vibrant community. 

The partnership between Xanadu Realty, Delta Group, Bhagwati Group, and Pyramid Group is crucial for transforming Navi Mumbai’s real estate sector.
