Wonder Cement Plans to set-up a new unit in Gujarat

India's premier cement manufacturing company delivering top-notch quality, Wonder Cement unveils the plan to set up its new manufacturing facility at Tulsigam in Gujarat. In 2023, Wonder Cement reached a major milestone with the cement production capacity of 18 MTPA.

By amalgamating with its existing production lines for meeting the growing market requirements and making sure to improve the serviceability for the consumers, Wonder Cement’s Tulsigam unit is expecting to enhance the manufacturing capacities of the company.

Forecasting to its strategic goals, the company incorporates renewable energy sources such as wind and solar power and making the use of WHRS (Waste Heat Recovery Systems).

To optimize the efficiency of energy, Wonder Cement has reinforced its spotlight on sustainability in its operations towards the commitment to quality & innovation. Through Green energy initiatives, the power produced is 60 MV.

With a cement capacity of three MTPA, Wonder Cement developed its first cement unit in Nimbahera, Rajasthan and later on added manufacturing units in Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Haryana. In the year 2023, Wonder Cement reached a noteworthy cement capacity of attaining total 18 MTPA with its fourth production line and grinding units in Gujarat and Uttar Pradesh.
