White Lotus Group plans to construct Luxury Villa project worth Rs. 1200 crore in Bengaluru

A bespoke prominent player of luxury real estate segment in Bangalore, White Lotus Group just revealed their plan of constructing a project consisting of luxury villas in North Bangalore Area. The villas are designed with bespoke luxury designs which perfectly defines personalized luxury living.

The real estate group is led by IIT alumnus Pavan Kumar, has marked their excellence with their innovative approach to luxury an ultra-luxury segment of residentials. The new villa project will introduce the “Personal Sanctuary” concept, which will offer homes tailored for individual exploration and expression.  

The whole project is meticulously designed with expert architect and interior designers, which will serve as the gateways to conscious personal exploration, expression, and evolution, offering a truly unique and soulful experience tailored to the discerning tastes of global travellers.

The founder and CEO of White Lotus Group, Pavan Kumar exclaimed in delight, “Our vision has always been to craft homes that are more than just physical structures. White Lotus Group’s asset-light business model, which emphasizes joint developments with strategic partners, ensures long-term value creation for stakeholders.

White Lotus Group recently secured a substantial funding round of Rs. 150 crore from Dubai-based Luxe Port Group of Companies. The addition of this large pool of funding will fuel the company’s growth plans, strengthen its brand presence in Bangalore, and facilitate expansion into other major cities like Hyderabad, Pune, and Chennai. The raised funds will also be invested in technological innovation, sustainability initiatives, and strengthening the company’s leadership team.

Furthermore, White Lotus Group is poised for further expansion, with plans to create an additional 1.5 million square feet of bespoke luxury developments slated for launch in FY’25.Kumar told that, the company will partner with professional landowners for joint developments, which highlights a collaborative approach towards achieving future milestones.

The recent declaration of the new luxury villa project and the ambitious revenue target for FY’24 underscores White Lotus Group’s commitment to innovation and excellence in luxury real estate. Led by a fresh and new-age team comprising IIT and IIM alumni is poised for further expansion, with plans underway to create an additional 1.5 million square feet of bespoke luxury developments slated for launch in fiscal year 2025.
