Two Multicrore Real estate deals have been Inked in Gurugram

The CEO of Make My Trip Rajesh Magow has recently inked a deal of purchasing a 6,428 square feet apartment in DLF Magnolias in Gurugram for Rs. 33 crore. On the other hand, CHRO of  Genpact Piyush Mehta bought a 6,462 sq ft apartment in the same property for Rs. 32.60 crore.  All the documents  were showed by a real estate data analytics farm CRE Matrix.

Both of the sale deeds were executed in October 2023. Magow paid a stamp duty of Rs. 1.98 crore while Mehta paid Rs. 1.95 crore as stamp duty, the documents showed. DLF Magnolias is a high-end luxury condominium located in DLF Golf Links, DLF Phase 5 in Gurugram. Both the apartments come with three parking spaces, documents showed. Mehta refused to comment on the matter. 

 

Delhi-NCR and Gurugram showed multiple high-end property deals, these recent two purchases were added in the list. In October 2023, an 11,000 sq ft apartment at The Camellias by DLF in Gurgaon's Golf Course Road was sold at more than Rs. 100 crore in a resale. 

Vasudha Rastogi, wife of former attorney general of India Mukul Rohatgi, had bought a 2,100 square yard bungalow in Delhi’s Golf Links for Rs. 160 crore in March this year. The Lenskart funder Peyush Bansal has purchased a house in Neeti Bagh for Rs. 18 crore.

Renu Khuller, the director of Global Dent Aids, a company which manufactures interdental brushes bought a bungalow spread across 873 square yards in Delhi’s posh Nizamuddin East section for Rs. 61.70 crore.
