Tribeca Developers announced on February 13 its plans to launch a mixed-use real estate project in Pune, featuring luxury residences and retail spaces across 8 lakh sq ft, with a revenue potential exceeding Rs. 1,000 crore.
For this project, Tribeca has partnered with Serianee Corrp, a conglomerate that includes Siddhivinayak Groups, Vision Skylish Group (VSG), and Kalash Properties.
The development is located in Lullanagar, near Pune Cantonment’s New Command Hospital, spanning three acres. It will feature two iconic residential towers along with premium retail spaces.
The land for the project is owned by the Manikchand Group and Siddhivinayak Groups, the company stated.
Kalpesh Mehta, Founder of Tribeca Developers, emphasized the company’s focus on creating landmark projects that redefine luxury living. He highlighted Pune as a key market, citing the success of their previous developments in the city. With luxury housing demand on the rise, the company aims to deliver an exclusive residential experience while adding to Pune’s skyline.
Mehta previously said that Tribeca has finalized six new real estate deals spanning 8 million sq ft under the Trump brand in Pune, Gurugram, Noida, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru, with an estimated sales potential of over Rs. 15,000 crore.
Currently, Tribeca is developing over 6 million sq ft of branded residential projects in India, valued at Rs. 6,000 crore, with an additional 4 million sq ft in the pipeline. The company is financially backed by leading institutions such as ICICI Bank, HDFC Capital, Tata Capital, and KKR.
