The Archies famed Actress & Daughter of SRK, Suhana buys property

Bollywood King Sharukh Khan's daughter, Suhana Khan has reportedly bought a property in Alibag with a sum of Rs. 12.91 crore. After the success of her debut film of Netflix original The Archies, she was the talk of the town.

The land parcel is located near Thal village. In the registration of the document, suhana is termed as agriculturist.

The deal was registered on June 1st with a heavy stamp duty of Rs. 77.46. The documents of Registration reveal that the transaction involves 1.5 acres of agricultural land which comes with 2,218 sq ft of structures. 

The Khans have familiarity with the area, given that Shah Rukh Khan is said to possess a seaside residence in Thal, complete with a helipad and a pool. These properties owned by the Khans are just a short 12-minute drive away from Thal Village. 

The transaction of the property was completed on February 12, and the documents were accessed and verified by IndexTap.com.

One of the happening couple of Bollywood Deepika and Ranvir also invested in this area and converted their house into organic farm. Along with few more prominent celebrities such as Sachin Tendulkar and Rohit Sharma.

The coastal stretches of Alibag has been on demand for its winning combination of rural idyll, increased connectivity to the city, and an option away from the concrete claustrophobia of Mumbai.

Despite the Khans' cottages being traditional and blending well with the natural environment, the rest of Alibag is witnessing the emergence of unplanned structures that have no relation to the surrounding context. The serene palm trees and expansive beaches mask the alarming truth of haphazard construction spreading like an unsightly rash throughout the countryside, lacking the necessary infrastructure to support it.
