Telangana Govt reveals Mega Master Plan - 2050

The Telangana government, under the leadership of Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, has unveiled an ambitious strategy aimed at fostering comprehensive industrial growth across the state by 2050.

This visionary plan, known as the Mega Master Plan, aligns with the Chief Minister's commitment to advancing development throughout Telangana.

A pivotal aspect of this initiative involves the division of Telangana into three distinct clusters, each serving a unique purpose. The Urban cluster will be confined within the confines of the Outer Ring Road (ORR), while the Semi-urban cluster is slated for establishment between the ORR and the Regional Ring Road. The Rural cluster is earmarked to encompass areas around the Regional Ring Road.

Chief Minister Reddy emphasized the government's resolute dedication to achieving an unparalleled level of industrial progress, labeling it as 'next level industrial development.' In particular, the government intends to create a specialized Pharma Village along the 14 radial roads encircling the ORR, interlinked by 12 National Highways. Ensuring access to essential amenities like schools, hospitals, and comprehensive infrastructure facilities remains a paramount priority for the administration.

Beyond the establishment of Information Technology (IT), Pharmaceutical, and Healthcare clusters, the government envisions the development of clusters dedicated to food processing, sports, automobiles, and organic industries. Additionally, Chief Minister Reddy disclosed plans to introduce a Solar Energy policy, accompanied by incentives tailored for the solar energy sector, showcasing the administration's commitment to sustainable energy initiatives

In essence, this comprehensive and forward-thinking plan devised by the Telangana government, under the guidance of Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, aims to strategically propel industrial growth while prioritizing infrastructure development and sustainability across diverse sectors within the state.
