TCG backed Sirrus.ai unveils new AI based B2B proptech platform

Sirrus.ai has launched an AI-driven prop-tech platform for the real estate industry, aimed at speeding up sales, reducing manual tasks, and enhancing the home-buying experience. Backed by The Chatterjee Group (TCG), the B2B platform leverages AI technologies.

According to Sauvik Banerjjee, MD &CEO, it was founded to address the sector's need for tailored technology solutions, as existing software falls short.

He noted that the real estate industry has traditionally been conservative and slow to embrace new technologies, although some technological applications have been utilized in isolated instances. However, he believes the industry is beginning to warm up to the idea of adopting innovative solutions.

The vision behind Sirrus.ai is to create technology specifically designed for real estate developers and brokers. By focusing on this niche, the company aims to fill the existing gaps in the market and provide tools that cater to the unique challenges faced by industry professionals.

With its platform, Sirrus.ai is set to transform the real estate landscape, making processes more efficient and enhancing overall customer experiences in the home-buying journey.

Sirrus.ai has launched tools for managing the entire prospect lifecycle, from the initial stage to final possession. This AI-driven prop-tech platform enhances speed to market, reduces costs, and improves the ability to predict buyer intent and accelerate closures for developers.

According to Banerjjee, the platform significantly streamlines the creation of marketing materials. Tasks that previously took weeks, such as developing marketing collateral and 3D visualizations, can now be completed in just minutes.

By leveraging these capabilities, Sirrus.ai aims to provide real estate developers with a competitive edge, allowing them to respond more quickly to market demands and improve overall efficiency in their operations.

Sirrus.ai is targeting Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Madhya Pradesh before expanding further. With about 10,000 active developers in India, many lack access to advanced technology, presenting a key market for Sirrus.ai’s SaaS and PaaS solutions.

The platform’s user-friendly self-service app requires no dedicated tech teams, making it accessible for developers.

Future plans include adding broker modules and expanding into construction monitoring, enhancing its presence in the real estate technology sector.
