Sundream Group invests worth Rs.250cr in their upcoming project in Noida

Sundream Group, a real estate company, announced on Friday its plan to allocate Rs. 250 crore towards the development of Anthurium Business Park in Noida during the fiscal year 2025. In the initial phase of the project situated in Sector 73, the company has already invested Rs. 250 crore.

The Anthurium Business Park is meticulously designed to cater to the needs of modern businesses, ensuring a seamless and productive work environment. The recently disclosed investment surpasses the initial phase investment, and the commencement of construction for the second phase has been initiated, as per an official statement. The total project cost is estimated at Rs. 522 crore.
