Sobha limited constructs row housing project in Bengaluru worth Rs.2700 crore

Bengaluru based realty giant Sobha Limited has plans to develop a row housing project spanning 26 acres in Bengaluru. 

The projected total revenue potential for this endeavor is estimated to be around Rs.2700 to 2800 crore.

The project has obtained RERA certification. The company announced that construction is anticipated to commence shortly.
 
The development of Sobha Crystal Meadows will be carried out in five stages, as stated by the company. The initial stage is projected to be finalized by December 2029, followed by the second stage in December 2031, the third stage in December 2032, the fourth stage in December 2033, and finally, the fifth stage in December 2035.

 

The projected total revenue potential for Sobha Crystal Meadows, as estimated by Sobha Ltd, is around Rs.2700-2800 crore, taking into account the starting price of Rs.10.5 crore per unit.

The Bengaluru project consists of 290 row houses inspired by English themes. These row houses will be situated off Sarjapur Road. They offer 4 BHK layouts with a super built-up area ranging from 4237 to 4815 sq. ft. The row houses are spread across G+3 levels and also feature a terrace.

Since its establishment in 1995, SOBHA Limited has successfully completed the construction of more than 133.58 million square feet of developable space in 27 cities across India.

In addition to Sobha Crystal Meadows, Sobha Limited has introduced Sobha Elysia, a collection of high-end apartments spanning across 2.65 acres in GIFT City. The total saleable area of this project is 1,249,984.98 square feet. The development consists of two towers housing 572 units, offering 3 and 4 BHK configurations. The sizes of these apartments range from 1,870 square feet to 2,625 square feet. This information was shared by the company in its operational update on April 4th.

Sobha Ridge was introduced on a land area of 2.78 acres, featuring a total saleable area of 232,441.26 square feet. This exquisite development consists of 110 apartments, offering configurations of 3, 3.5, and 4 bedrooms. The sizes of these apartments range from 1,750 square feet to 2,759 square feet. Additionally, Sobha Atlantis Phase 2, a luxurious apartment project, has been launched by the company in Kochi. This project is being developed on a land area of 2.35 acres.

The company reported a 28% increase in sales bookings compared to the previous financial year, reaching Rs.6,644.1 crore, thanks to robust consumer demand. According to the company's operational update, sales bookings in the year-ago period amounted to Rs.5,197.8 crore.
