A prominent designing & building services provider & the owner of the Taj Hotel & Convention Centre property, Sincere Developers has publicized its plans to build up at least three super luxury hotels in the future under the umbrella of Taj, the Indian Hotels Company.
The three super luxury hotels will likely come up within the next three years & the major collaboration will be with Taj. Throughout the properties, the firm is build up to 450 rooms, each hotel consists of 150 rooms with a total investment of about Rs. 1,000 crore.
Those properties are planned to be located in the pilgrim areas & tourist destinations including Jim Corbett Park, Rishikesh, Dharamshala & could direct a rate at minimum Rs. 35,000 to Rs 40,000 per night.
Speaking to this significant move, Paritosh Ladhani, Joint Managing Director, at Sincere Developers says, “These hotels are going to be very high class, very ultra-luxury, one can call these uber luxuries, commanding a rate of at least Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 40,000 per night. I am not building a property which will command a rate of Rs. 15,000 – Rs. 20,000 per night. We want to have at least 7-8 luxury hotels in the country which will be among the top 15”.
Sharing his views on demand for staying in luxury hotels in India, Ladhani adds, “Even the people from upper middle class in India have become very aspirational. So those people whose salary is at Rs. 5 lakh per month, they are willing to take a vacation only once a year with the kids but stay in the best hotel”.
