Signature Global signs Rs.320 Crore deal with ACC for developing Luxury Housing

Gurugram-based real estate developer Signature Global, focused on projects in Northern India, has appointed ACC India Pvt Ltd for civil, structural, and partial MEP work on all towers, basements, and ancillary buildings for its residential group housing project in Sector 84, Gurugram, Haryana, located along the rapidly developing Dwarka Expressway.

The letter of intent dated September 12, 2024, establishes the total contract value at Rs.320 crore and specifies a project completion timeline of 27 months from the start of work, with an additional 3 months for full handover.   

Upon the announcement, Mr. Lalit Aggarwal, Vice Chairman of Signature Global, stated, “This project will be one of our finest and a crowning jewel in our portfolio. While I can’t share too many details until the official launch, I can reveal that it will cover four and a half acres and showcase architectural brilliance. It will also be among the tallest structures in the area. Arabian Construction Company and their Indian subsidiary, ACC India, are known for constructing many prominent towers in the Middle East and India, demonstrating their expertise in delivering this project. Since our inception in 2014, we have proudly delivered approximately 11 million sq. ft. across projects, serving more than 30,000 satisfied customers, and we have a robust pipeline ahead.”
