Shubhashish Homes & Gurnani Group teams-up to develop High-end Villas in Jaipur

A prominent real estate developer in Jaipur, Shubhashish Homes has stepped into a real estate development agreement with Gurnani Group to construct a residential group housing project on Main SEZ Road which is located just 100 meters from the Ajmer Road. 

Spanning over nearly 10.6 acres, the project will present 7 lakh square feet of profitable area approximately & will be improved as a most modern & one of utmost luxury residential villa projects in Jaipur.  

Sharing his insights on this significant villa project, the Executive Director & CEO of Shubhashish Homes, Mohit Jajoo says, "This will be a landmark project of Rajasthan. We will develop it as a very Luxury Villa Project”. 

Further Jadoo added “We are targeting the launch in the later half of this financial year, subject to approvals from the authorities. This will be our third big project in this micro market of Ajmer Road”. 

"As I said earlier, this will be a launch-heavy year for us, we have 4 launches lined up for this Fiscal. Extremely excited on the times ahead”, Jadoo said.
