Leading Real Estate developers & builders in Mumbai, Rustomjee has launched another Key project Rustomjee Stella, Bandra in the East locality of Mumbai. The project Rustomjee Stella offers 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments covering in the carpet area from 679 sq-ft to 942 sq-ft.
This is the sixth project of the company embarked for redevelopment in the area of Bandra East. The activity of redevelopment remains a main focus area for the company.
It plans to launch one project per quarter and in FY24, Rustomjee has already launched 4 projects having GDV of Rs. 2250 cr. For FY24, the company added a total of 5 projects with an approximate GDV of Rs. 5100 cr.

The project Rustomjee Stella has been curated and built up with the theme of mid-century modern style, spotlighting on open green space, natural outlooks and trouble free patterns that offers a minimal and organic gaze to the overall visual appearance of the project. The residential apartments are intended to present spacious functional rooms with privacy & security and maximize the natural ventilation and lighting to the interior spaces.
