Renowned brand EIH Ltd embarks on Oberoi Luxury Resort project worth Rs. 421 cr

EIH Ltd, a leading company in the hospitality industry, announced on Thursday (March 28) that its board has approved the development of a luxurious Oberoi resort at Cavelossim beach in South Goa.

in a stock exchange filing EIH stated,"The company, in its Board Meeting held today, has approved the construction of an Oberoi Luxury Resort at Cavelossim Beach in South Goa on a 52 acres site owned by the company.” 

The property will be named The Oberoi, Goa, and will include 90 rooms and suites situated throughout its extensive grounds. The resort is expected to become operational on October 1, 2027, with an approximate investment of Rs.421 crore. The funding for this venture will be obtained through internal accruals and debt.

The resort itself is expected to feature opulent accommodations, state-of-the-art facilities, and a range of dining options that showcase the finest culinary experiences. Guests can indulge in gourmet cuisine prepared by world-class chefs, savoring a diverse array of flavors and culinary traditions.
In addition to its luxurious & amazing amenities, the resort will also offer a range of recreational activities and wellness facilities. Guests can enjoy water sports, explore the vibrant local culture, or simply relax by the poolside, soaking up the sun and enjoying the breathtaking views.

Furthermore, EIH has embarked on a new hotel management agreement for a lavish Oberoi resort located at Bogmalo beach in South Goa, thereby enhancing its footprint in the area.
