Realty firm India Sotheby's International Realty to sell 19 ultra-luxury residences worth Rs 800 crore

Leading luxury real estate transaction and advisory firm India Sotheby’s International Realty announced the signing of an exclusive sales and marketing mandate with The Residency, which houses 19 ultra-luxury residences at Worli in Mumbai. The price of these ultra-luxury residences starts from Rs 60 crore per apartment, according to a statement by the property consultant. With an anticipated total sales and realization of approximately Rs 800 crore, the range in price per square foot varies from Rs 105,000 to Rs 140,000, contingent on whether one is considering a residence on the lower or higher floors, it added. These residences are ready with completion and occupancy certificates. Situated in the prime location of Dr. Annie Besant Road in Worli, The Residency houses one residence per floor with 18 residences and one duplex penthouse.

These flexible, luxurious residences have a built-up area of approximately 5,510 sq ft each, which includes 425 sq ft of balcony space, according to the statement. It added that these residences could be customized to configurations of up to five bedrooms. The floor-to-ceiling windows in each apartment offer panoramic sea views and 360-degree views of the city’s iconic landmarks, including Haji Ali, Mahalaxmi Racecourse, Nehru Planetarium, and the upcoming Mumbai Coastal Road, as per the statement.
