Reality Developer Sobha faces sharp fall in business profits

Realty firm Sobha Ltd on Friday, May 17, revealed 86% decrease in merged net benefit to a Rs. 7.02 crore for the quarter finished March 2024 on lower pay. 

Its net profit remained at Rs. 48.57 crore in the year-prior period. Complete pay likewise tumbled to Rs. 791.25 crore in the final quarter from Rs. 1,240.14 crore in the relating time of the earlier year, as per an administrative recording. 

During 2023-24, net benefit declined to Rs. 49.11 crore from Rs. 104.20 crore in the first year. Absolute pay tumbled to Rs. 3,217.88 crore from Rs. 3,402.43 crore in 2022-23.  

Recently, Bengaluru based realty giant Sobha Limited revealed plans to develop a row housing project spanning 26 acres in Bengaluru. The projected total revenue potential for this endeavor is estimated to be around Rs.2700 to 2800 crore. The project has obtained RERA certification. The company announced that construction is anticipated to commence shortly.

This Bengaluru project consists of 290 row houses inspired by English themes. These row houses will be situated off Sarjapur Road. They offer 4 BHK layouts with a super built-up area ranging from 4237 to 4815 sq. ft. The row houses are spread across G+3 levels and also feature a terrace.
