Ranvir Singh Selling his Two Luxurious Residential in Mumbai for nearly Rs. 15 crore

Bollywood star Ranvir Singh just sold his two luxurious residential properties in in Mumbai’s Goregaon suburb for a total of over Rs. 15.2 crores. The flats are very adjacent to each other on 43^rd floor of the building called Oberoi Exquisite is spread over 2,648 sq ft.

Ranvir has sold each of the flats having total six car parking slots for Rs.7.62 crore. The transactions have attracted a total stamp duty of Rs. 91.50 lakh. He bought both the flats with his mother in 2014, and the selling deal was registered on 6^th November. The documents were accessed and verified through IndexTap.com. 

Mumbai, the country’s largest and most expensive real estate market has been setting new benchmarks reagarding property transactions. Very few large transactions were made between industrialists, CXOs, actors, and sports personalities since the last few quarters.

Last year, Singh had bought a sea-view luxury quadruplex apartment in a super-premium residential complex named Sagar Resham on Bandstand in Mumbai’s plush Bandra locality for Rs. 119 crore, which is one of the most expensive deals for a single residential apartment anywhere in the country.

Very interestingly, the flats are located between between Bollywood actor Salman Khan’s residence in Galaxy and Shahrukh Khan’s bunglow Mannat. The flats were bought by a couple who reside at the same complex.

Very recently few Bollywood Celebrities including Amitabh Bachchan, Ranveer Singh, Hrithik Roshan, Rani Mukherjee, Kartik Aryan, Alia Bhat, Disha Patani have made few interesting deals which have been buzzing all over the real estate market of India.

One of the big fat deals has been signed by Sidhharth Jain, who is the part of INOX Group’s promoter family. Recently he bought a sea-view luxury quadruplex apartment in a super-premium residential tower on Dr Annie Besant Road in Mumbai for Rs 144 crore.
