Punjab Housing Board distributes Clearance Certificates to 51 Realtors

Punjab Housing And Urban Development Department on Wednesday organized ’first its kind’ camp its issue clearance certificates which is related to 51 colonizers.

Housing and Urban Development Department Minister Mr.Hardeep Singh Mundan and Chief Secretary Mr.KAP Sinha has handed over the colony licenses, completion certificates, partial completion certificates, letters of intent, zoning plans, promoter’s registration certificates and layout plans to 51 builders.

According to Mundan, the prime objective is to settle down the pending works which are mainly related to real-estate sector. The next camp will be organize in the next month which is November. ‘’The department is committed to settling the works of developers with transparency on a priority basis’’.

Housing Secretary Rahul Tiwari said that the camp will be taking care of the stalled works of the promoters and developers in the state. On this following occasion, certificates related to various authorities will be handing over and feedback will also be taken from the occasion. Special Secretary Apneet Riyat has conducted the proceedings of the camp.

Jagjit Singh Manjha who is the President of Confederation of Real-Estate Developers’Assocations of India (CREDAI) Punjab also mentions that the initiative will help in giving impeteus to the real-sector and would serve the twin purpose of being the of money spinner for the State’s economy besides leading the way towards sustainable urban development. Lauding the initiative,H.S.Kandhari from Mohali Greensville Infra LLP termed it a people friendly measure.

Mundan even ordered the promoters to give full support to this initative of the government and try to provide maximum and high-level of benefits to the residents in the projects developed.
