According to documents accessed by Zapkey.com, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, a top Bollywood actress in India, who has been in the news for real estate transactions in Mumbai, Goa, and New York in recent days, has sold her two penthouses which hold measuring of 2,292 square feet (sq ft) for Rs 6 crore in the Andheri area of Mumbai.
These two penthouses are located in the Lokhandwala Complex in Oshiwara, Andheri, Mumbai. The first penthouse located on the higher floor, measuring around 860 sq ft, was sold for Rs. 2.25 crore. The second penthouse, measuring 1,432 sq ft, was sold for Rs. 3.75 crore, according to the documents of Zapkey.com.
The homebuyer of those penthouses paid a stamp duty of around Rs.36 lakh for both transactions. The two penthouses were registered on October 23rd and 25th, respectively. The home buyer is Abhishek Choubey, a 45-year-old resident of Jogeshwari, Mumbai. He is a Bollywood director, producer, and screenwriter. However, Choubey and Priyanka could not be reached for explanation.
The bollywood actress, Priyanka has been in the news for transactions in the Mumbai real estate market. In June 2021, priyanka chopra had leased a second-floor office property which located in the Oshiwara area of Andheri West for Rs 2.11 lakh a month spread across an area of 2,040 sq ft.
