Priyanka Chopra's family rents out commercial property in Pune for Rs.2 lakh

Bollywood queen Priyanka Chopra’s family has rented out a bungalow in Koregaon park in Pune to a co-living and co-working company , named  The Urban Nomads Community Private Limited. The deal between both the parties was finalized at Rs.2 lakh per month, as mentioned by theproperty verification platform Zapkey. 

Priyanka’s brother Siddharth Chopra and mother Madhu Chopra signed the Leave and License Agreement with The Urban Nomads Community Private Limited that was registered on March 21. The company has already paid a deposit money of Rs.6 lakh and it will pay Rs.2.06 lakh in rent per month afterwards. 

The documents of the property deal showed that, the size of the plot is measured as 3754 sq ft and the built in area 2180 sq ft (ground floor), the basement area is 950 sq ft and the garden area is 2232 sq ft. The parking plot of the property is covering an area of 400 sq ft.

Last year the veteran actress Priyanka Chopra, who is also a keen investor of real estate had sold two penthouses spanning a built-up area of 2,292 sq ft for Rs.6 crore in Lokhandwala Complex in Oshiwara. The two penthouses are located in the posh areas of Mumbai, Lokhandwala Complex in Oshiwara, Andheri.

The first penthouse is situated on the higher floor covering an area of 860 sq ft and it was sold for Rs.2.25 crore, while the second penthouse, measuring 1,432 sq ft, was sold for Rs.3.75 crore. The buyer paid a stamp duty of nearly Rs.36 lakh for both transactions. The two penthouses were registered on October 23 and 25, respectively.

Prior to this deal, Priyanka Chopra had also finalized  a commercial property deal in Andheri’s Lokhandwala for Rs.7 crore to a dentist couple who had earlier rented this office space in 2021. In June 2021, Priyanka had leased a second-floor office property located in the Oshiwara area of Andheri West against Rs.2.11 lakh per month for an area spread across an area of 2,040 sq ft.
