PM Modi waves green light for Rs. 10 trillion worth projects in UP

Shri Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India laid the foundation stone of the Shri Kalki Dham Temple in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh.

The temple is being constructed by Shri Kalki Dham Nirman Trust under the knowledge of Acharya Pramod Krishnam, Chairman, Shri Kalki Dham Nirman Trust.

Numerous saints, devotees, religious, leaders & dignitaries will take part in the auspicious event. Yogi Adityanath, Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh and Kalki Dham Peethadheeshwar Acharya Pramod Krishnam were accompanied with PM Modi all through the ceremony.

According to a statement released by the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), during the fourth ground-breaking ceremony Prime Minister Narendra Modi is lined up to give the green light to 14,000 projects worth more than Rs. 10 trillion, for which the investment proposals received during the UP Global Investors Summit 2023 (UPGIS 2023) held in February 2023.

These upcoming projects are spanning across a huge number of sectors such as manufacturing, renewable energy, Information Technology and IT-enabled services, food processing, housing and real estate, hospitality and entertainment & education and many others.

On his address at a ground-breaking ceremony, Prime Minister Modi said, "Seven-to-eight years ago, one could not even think that such an environment of investment and jobs would be made in UP”.

During this event, saints of the Shri Kalki Dham presented the proposed form of Kalki Dham temple to PM Narendra Modi.
