PM Modi landed in Varanasi to Launch multiple Infrastructure Projects

Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India arrived at Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport, Varanasi. The prime minister welcomed by the UP’s chief minister Yogi Adityanath along with the numerous BJP workers.

In order to lay the foundation stones of multiple development & infrastructure projects worth up to Rs. 13,202 crore, the Prime Minister Modi arrived in his parliamentary constituency.

According to PTI, the Prime minister will take part in a programme of distributing prizes for the winners of Sansad Sanskrit Pratiyogita in the Banaras Hindu University.

On this regard, senior official of district administration said, “The PM will inaugurate 24 projects worth Rs. 11,972 crores and lay the foundation stone of 12 projects worth Rs. 2,195 crores”.

At the same time, in order to amplify the road connectivity of Varanasi, Modi will lauch multiple road projects including four-laning of the Ghargra-Bridge-Varanasi section of National Highway 233 and the four-laning of the Sultanpur-Varanasi section of National Highway 56.

Also, to augment the health infrastructure of Varanasi, the prime minister will launch and lay the founding stone for a new Medical college. For Sport category, he will launch Sigra Sports Stadium Phase-1 and District Rifle Shooting Range and also he will launch the foundation stone of National Centre of Ageing at Banaras Hindu University.
