Brigade Group, a prominent real estate company, has announced plans to construct an 8-acre residential project in Bengaluru. According to a regulatory filing on July 3, the project is expected to generate revenue of Rs.1100 crore.
The company has revealed plans for a collaborative residential development project located on Tumkur Road in West Bangalore.The project spans approximately 1.2 million square feet in total development area and is valued at approximately Rs.1,100 crore, as stated in the company's filing. It will mainly consist of two- and three-bedroom apartments.
The Executive Director, Brigade Enterprises Limited, Pradyumna Krishnakumar said, “This project will be a significant landmark in this micro market of Tumkur Road and is in addition to our planned pipeline of over 12 million square feet of residential developments planned across Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad in the coming year.”
Since June 2024, numerous real estate companies have announced significant land acquisitions and launches of residential projects in the IT capital.
In the latter part of last month, Brigade Group unveiled Brigade Insignia, a luxury residential project located in the Yelahanka area of North Bengaluru, projecting a revenue potential of Rs.1,100 crore.
Among other notable entities are Godrej Properties, Concorde, and Puravankara Ltd.
Brigade Group was founded in 1986, and it has successfully completed more than 280 buildings, encompassing over 83 million square feet of developed space across various segments of the real estate market.
