Hiranandani Group says in a statement that the company’s new division Eleva will also focus on held up or trapped real estate projects and provide project oriented solutions for real estate companies such as development, construction, design, marketing, and sales to real estate companies.

Through this offering, the company Hiranandani Group plans to spotlight on recessopportunities and inflates its real estate footprint, powers its brand equity, and widens its progress proficiency to others.
Founder of the Hiranandani Group, Niranjan Hiranandani says" At hand there are a range of proposals in the market where this type of placing will aid. We feel there is a lot of scope for this type of services systems.I have already got calls from a bank to assist them with deals and balance stressed project’s construction”.
He further adds “There will be no novel investment in the venture, since the group already has the required infrastructure at the backend. However yes, we will require more people, which we will hire based on the work we have in our hand in the upcoming days.”
