Peyush Bansal purchases ultra-luxury apartment in Gurugram worth Rs.106.4 crore

Lenskart CEO Peyush Bansal recently acquired super luxury partment ‘The Camellias’ in Gurugram by which is developed by DLF. The ultra-luxurious project is worth more than Rs.100 crore.

Conveyance deeds of four separate properties that are cumulatively worth Rs. 106.4 crore have been registered separately in DLF’s super-luxury project ‘The Camellias’ in Gurugram.

 

Apat from the Lenskart’s founder Peyush Bansal, Dhanuka Agritech’s Ram Gopal Agarwal, Rahul Dhanuka and Harsh Dhanuka, registered for the property according to documents accessed by CRE Matrix, a real estate data analytics platform.

According to the documents, Peyush Bansal has registered the conveyance deed for an apartment of size 7361 sq ft (super area) and paid a stamp duty of Rs.1.89 crore, the documents showed. The apartment comes with four car parkings. The conveyance deed was registered and signed on April 29th.

Group Chairman of Dhanuka Agritech Limited Ram Gopal Agarwal and his wife Urmila Dhanuka entered into an agreement with DLF and registered their apartment worth Rs,.22.55 crore after paying a stamp duty of Rs.1.35 crore on April 26, 2024, the documents showed. The apartment size is 7361 sq ft and comes with four car parkings.

The Joint Managing Director at Dhanuka Agritech Rahul Dhanuka has also registered his apartment worth Rs.24.31 crore on April 18, the documents showed. A stamp duty of Rs.1.70 crore was paid by him. The conveyance deed was executed on April 18, 2024. The  size of this super-luxury apartment is 7361 sq ft and comes with four car parkings.

The Executive Director - Alliances & Supply Chain at Dhanuka Agritech, Harsh Dhanuka, also acquired 9,419 sq. ft apartment in The Camellias with five parking slots for Rs. 32.52 crore, for which,the conveyance deed was executed on April 23, 2024. He paid a stamp duty of Rs. 2.27 crore for the apartment.
The properties were purchased by Bansal and Dhanuka family separately.

Though these deals at The Camellias were closed at prices ranging from Rs. 30,634 per sq. ft to Rs. 37,000 per sq. ft between 2015 and 2022 but at present, The Camellias are among the costliest apartments in the National Capital Region. The Camellias has become the abode of top executives and business tycoons. In October 2023, an 11,000 sq. ft apartment in The Camellias went for about Rs. 114 crore in a resale.
