Paras Buildtech eyes on Rs.1200 cr profit from luxury residential 'The Manor'

One of the pioneers of real estate market in Gurugram, Paras Buildtech has launched a super luxury project in Gurugram. According to an official statement the company, they will be investing close to Rs.490 crore in the project.

The luxury residential project is name as ‘The Manor’, which is located at Gwal Pahari in Gurugram. The project is expanded over a land of 4.26 acres and will offer 120 luxury apartments.

Kunal Rishi, COO of Paras Buildtech, said in a statement, "We are launching a new ultra luxury project in Gurugram. The price of each apartment will be around Rs.9 to Rs.10 crore. Its location offers logistical connectivity between Delhi and Gurugram. Additionally, the location retains its natural greenery, contributing to a better Air Quality Index (AQI) compared to the rest of Gurugram’s cityscape. "

With this high-end luxury project with top-notch amenities, The company is expecting to fetch a revenue of Rs.1,200 crore from this launch with an investment of Rs.490 crore in this project.

The size of the apartment is measured as 4,750 sq ft. The company expects to handover the project within August 2028.This newly launched project is located in the vicinity of Paras Quartier, another luxury project by Paras Buildtech launched in 2012.

The residential project is strategically located between the thriving commercial hubs of Gurugram, Faridabad, and Delhi, it offers an ideal location for residents. The company has a track record of delivering 15 million square feet of retail, commercial, and residential spaces. The company has got a substantial pre-leasing for their latest venture, Paras Avenue, which will come up in the sector 129, in Noida. 

The company was established in 2002, and since then they have offered a wide range of luxury residential, commercial and retail market. They built up a strong portfolio with encompassing developments in Gurgaon, Noida, Zirakpur, and Mohali.
