Office space provider Table Space acquires 5.5-lakh square feet property worth Rs.500crore

Premium Flexible office space provider company Table Space has recently purchased a 5.5-lakh square feet office facility in East Bengaluru’s Whitefield area worth Rs.500 crore. The property which was named as Kalyani Camellia will be restructured and will be added the brand’s Table Space Towers portfolio.

According to the company statement, the building named as Kalyani Camellia is a nine storey building which is strategically designed and planned having Grade A and LEED Gold-certification and offers access to two key micro-markets, Whitefield and Outer Ring Road (ORR)

The CEO and Chairman, Table Space, Amit Banerji opined that, in upcoming 12-18months will be dedicated for their ambitious growth as they have planned to expand their portfolio by adding another 5 million square feet.

The president of Table Space, Kunal Mehra said, “Bengaluru is our most mature and vital market, contributing 46% to overall revenue. The city is poised to remain our largest growth area.”

A 9-lakh square feet facility located in Kharadi, Pune was the first addition to the Table Space Towers portfolio. This property was acquired by the company through a joint venture with Panchshil Realty for Rs.400 crore, securing them a fifty percent ownership stake.

Over the next three years, Table Space is seeking to expand its portfolio by 9 million square feet in order to nearly double its footprint. This will result in a total space take-up of more than 18 million square feet by financial year 2026-27.

In the upcoming 2-3 years the barnd will expand their footprints in about 120 centres in tier 1 cities of India such as Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi-NCR, Chennai, Hyderabad and Pune.

Throughout the past seven years, Table Space extended its presence in each of the said six cities with a footprint spanning over 9.5 million square feet. Currently,the Bengaluru based company has offering flexible office spaces to 400 enterprises across more than 60 centres.
