Mumbai-based real estate company, Oberoi Realty has finished the acquisition of a 6.4-acre real estate property at Thane in Maharashtra for total price Rs. 196 crore. The purchase of land is for the expansion of real estate projects in the Thane district.
The land registration has been completed in the company's support. In the month of May, 2023 the company had entered into a MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) with NRB Bearings for obtaining the propertiessituated at Pokhran Road 2, Thane, with constructions thereon. The attainmentof the lands was to be finishedaheadthe execution of certain terms and conditions of the MoU.
With the acquisition of this 6.4-acre land, the real estate firm Oberoi Realty has finished the attainment and consolidation of adjacent pieces of properties that measures about 75 acres at this place.
