Mercedes-Benz Launches First-Ever Branded Residential Tower in Dubai

A German luxury and commercial vehicle automotive brand, the Mercedes Benz Places by Binghatti, a brand-new, ultra-luxurious residential tower at the Meydan Hotel was unveiled by Binghatti and Mercedes-Benz.

This year, in Dubai, the project begins construction and completion scheduled for 2026. According to the company, the 65-story residential skyscraper would offer a holistic, connected, and desirable luxury living experience. The comprehensive ecology of the building will adjust to the requirements of its occupants and visitors by giving them access to a variety of customer-focused living options.

The apartments will have a variety of mixed-use amenities, including dining options, lounges, fitness and sports areas, non-automotive stores, exhibition areas, and parking.

Advanced mobility solutions will be provided by Mercedes-Benz Places in collaboration with regional Mercedes-Benz subsidiaries, developers, and other suppliers. These will consist of ride-hailing, bike and scooter sharing, smart mobility apps, EV charging and chauffeur services

A number of the newest Mercedes-Benz cars, such as the futuristic VISION EQXX, the high-performance Vision One-Eleven, and the Concept CLA Class revealed at IAA Mobility 2023 have flowing exteriors that are reminiscent of Mercedes-Benz Places by Binghatti. Standing at a height of 341 meters (1,118 feet), the skyscraper is situated in Downtown Dubai, right in the centre of the city and offers unobstructed views of the Burj Khalifa.

There will be 150 apartments total in the structure, including five penthouses and a thoughtfully curated assortment of two- to four-bedroom homes. The tower consists of three primary components, the first of which is the core with its horizontal balcony architecture.
