Mayfair Hotels Unveils Stunning Resort & Convention Centre at Vizag

With the Andhra Pradesh Cabinet's consent, Mayfair Hotels & Resorts is scheduled to start building a resort and convention center in Annavaram village, close to Visakhapatnam.

The first hotel development near the future Bhogapuram International Airport will be this one. For the Rs. 400 crore projects, the state government has leased 40 acres of land. "We will finish the development of the famous project in a gradual way, with the first phase scheduled to be completed within two years," said Dilip Ray, a former Union Minister and chairman of the Mayfair Group.

It is anticipated that the development will increase the socioeconomic growth of the area by creating a sizable number of direct and indirect jobs. In contrast to traditional apartment-style hotels, the resort will have private luxury units that are intended to provide guests with top-notch comfort and amenities.

To guarantee a prompt project start, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu accelerated land allocation and permissions. Mayfair has reorganized the project under a newly incorporated company, "MAYFAIR Hotels & Resorts (Vizag)," keeping "MAYFAIR Hotels & Resorts" as a stakeholder, in order to simplify administration and funding.

Recently, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu announced that during the next forty-five days, the groundwork for investments totaling one lakh crore rupees would be laid in the greenfield capital city of Amaravati.

Naidu said he would extend an invitation to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to revive Amaravati's development and infrastructure initiatives.

The chief minister claims that delayed building projects and road construction projects totaling Rs. 40,000 crore are already under way. He wants Amaravati to run totally on renewable energy in the future.
