Marriott Hotels signs strategic deal with Prestige Falcon Realty Ventures

In a news release, Marriott International, Inc. stated that it has signed agreements with Prestige Falcon Realty Ventures Private Limited for the introduction of its brand The Edition to South Asia following the debut of the Mumbai Edition which has 182 keys.

The brand is confident that The Mumbai Edition that is expected to welcome guests in 2028 will raise the bar for luxury hospitality in the region as the brand’s debut property in India.

The Mumbai Edition will be situated on a major arterial road in Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC), India’s financial district centre.

The hotel is placed between business and culture with 12 million sq ft of opcy commercial space around it.

At the moment, Edition is operating twenty hotels with its properties in Times Square – New York, Miami Beach, West Hollywood, Tampa, Barcelona, Bodrum, London, Reykjavik, Madrid, Rome, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sanya, China, Shanghai, Tokyo Ginza, Singapore, Mexico, and Jeddah in Kanai – Riviera Maya.

Marriott International Inc has its central location in Bethesda, Maryland, USA and operates around 9,000 hotels globally affiliated with more than 30 hotels brands in 141 countries and regions.

With the operations spread over more than 12 strategic Indian cities, Prestige Group’s business model is versatile with a expanded presence in India.
