The Real Estate & construction arm of Visagar Group & Maharashtra Corporation has announced the plans to build a commercial property in Naranpura, Ahmedabad. The propertry spans over 2,140 square yard.
In accordance with the regulatory filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), the upcoming plots are in very close immediacy to the Ahmadabad’s popular Sardar Vallabhai Patel Stadium which have purchased for Rs. 45.16 crore. At the time of the plots developed, the real estate firm projecting a revenue generation around Rs. 120 crore from the project sales.
Within the development plan, around 1, 20,000 square foot of built-up area will be built to put up the commercial spaces in Maharashtra such as offices, showrooms and multi-use facilities on the existing plots. The planned development project will serve to the diverse requirements including showrooms, hospitals, clinics, professional office spaces & lifestyle establishments to align up with the emerging demands in the real estate market.
On this regard, Tilokchand Kothari, Director, Maharashtra Corporation states in an official statement, ““This expansion strategy is in line with the primary objectives of our company, aimed at enhancing our presence in the geographical regions”. Being an increasingly growing market in real esate landscape, Ahmedabad has witnessed a key surge in the overall real estate performances.
