Lemon Tree Hotels unveils its fourth property in Jammu & Kashmir

The Lemon Tree Hotel, Sonmarg, has officially opened, according to Lemon Tree Hotels Limited. This is the group's fourth property in Jammu and Kashmir. The hotel has 38 luxuriously furnished rooms and suites, some of which have large windows that let in natural light and overlook snow-capped mountains and the Sindh River. Delicious dining options are available at Citrus Café, a welcoming coffee shop, and Citrus Patio, an outdoor dining area with views of the Sindh River.

Located in Sonmarg which means ‘meadow of gold’ in Kashmiri, the hotel is designed to provide visitors with a serene experience and panoramic views of the mountains and the Sindh River. The Srinagar International Airport is about 100 km from Sonmarg, while the nearest railway station is at Srinagar, about 104 km from the property.

The scenic and tranquil Sonmarg offers a number of tourist attractions for nature lovers and adventure aficionados. One of the top tourist attractions in Sonmarg is Thajiwas Glacier, which sits a short hiking distance away from the destination.
