Lemon Tree Hotels announced its latest signing, Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Dehradun. The property will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a fully-owned subsidiary and the management division of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, and is anticipated to open in FY27. The most populous city and capital of Uttarakhand, Dehradun is a well-liked vacation spot and is located in the lovely Doon Valley. The Song River, a tributary of the Ganga, and the Asan River, a tributary of the Yamuna, are nestled between one another, providing stunning sunrise and sunset views. Dehradun is a popular destination for both business and leisure travelers because it combines an unmatched landscape with cutting-edge amenities. Nestled in the Doon Valley, it is known for several elite boarding schools like the Doon School, Welham Boys School, Welham Girls School, and the Rashtriya Indian Military Academy.

The landscape of Dehradun is bright and colourful which complements its beautiful temples and structures. Dehradun is near some of India’s most popular pilgrimage sites, including Haridwar and Rishikesh. One of the many reasons that Dehradun is a favorite among tourists, in addition to the countless fairs, temples, and museums that draw thousands of visitors there, is the pleasant weather that the city enjoys. Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Dehradun, will feature 55 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a banquet hall, meeting rooms and other public areas. The Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun is about 40 km from the property while the Dehradun Railway Station is just 13 km away. All of India's major cities have direct access to the hotel via both public and private transportation.

Speaking on occasion, Vikramjit Singh, President, Lemon Tree Hotels, commented, “We are thrilled to announce the expansion of our portfolio in Dehradun, Uttarakhand with our valued partner M/s Doon Dwelling LLP.
