Lemon Tree Hotels Seals a New Deal in Karnataka to Enlarge their Portfolio

One of the fastest growing chain Hotels of India, Lemon Tree Hotels signs an agreement for a new property in the state Karnataka. This significant move signifies the company’s portfolio expansion in the state.

The Kundapura project of Lemon Tree Hotel in Karnataka will have 80 well-appointed & comfy rooms, restaurants, swimming pool, fitness centre, meeting room and other public amenities. The respective property is expected to unlock by financial year 2027. After inauguration, the property will be run by Carnation Hotels.  Carnation Hotels is the management division of Lemon Tree Hotels. This activity of acquiring Kundapura project will be an adding up to its existing eight hotels and resorts in the state Karnataka.

From the site of of Lemon Tree Hotel in Kundapura, The Mangalore International Airport is just 90 km away and the Udupi railway station is just 38 km. Also the  the luxurious hotel infrastructure is well connected for both public and private transportation. The town Kundapura is edged by rivers on two sides of the backwaters, and Arabian Sea on the third. The town has its own historical relations and is well-known for its immense food. It seems the brand of Lemon Tree Hotel is determined by the increasing activities of religious tourism and thereby expanding their segment in Karnataka.
