Lemon Tree Hotels locks a license agreement for a 108-room hotel in Mumbai

Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd, a hospitality company, made an announcement regarding the signing of a license agreement for their new establishment - the Lemon Tree Hotel in Mira Road, Mumbai,on Tuesday.

In the stock exchange filing of the company, notified, "Our company has entered into a license agreement with Lemon Tree Hotel in Mira Road, Mumbai. The said property will be operated and managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, which is an entirely owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited. As per the plan, it's anticipated to commence its operation during FY 2026."

Carnation Hotels Private Limited, fully owned by Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd., will manage the hotel set to open during FY 2026.

There are 108 comfortable rooms, a restaurant and bar, meeting room facilities as well as a spa and swimming pool on offer in this imminent property. Situated strategically within Mumbai's Mira Road district, the hotel is geared towards accommodating both corporate guests and vacationers alike.

The property is located approximately 31 kilometers from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport and only 13 kilometers away from Borivali Railway Station. In addition, the hotel has excellent accessibility via roadways for both public transportation and private vehicles.

The CEO of Managed & Franchise Business, Lemon Tree Hotels, Vilas Pawar expressed his enthusiasm for the company's portfolio expansion in Mumbai.

He added that having five existing properties across different brands from upscale to midscale, this addition will complement their current tally of twelve hotels and two upcoming projects in Maharashtra.

Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd's shares closed at Rs.130.90 on the BSE, indicating a rise of 1.20%, or Rs.1.55 higher than its previous value.
