Kajol, who was most recently featured in the OTT films "Lust Stories 2" and "The Trial," has apparently purchased a new office space. According to rumours, the actress paid Rs 7.6 crore for a 2095 square foot flat on the eighth level of the Signature building in Oshiwara, Mumbai. The structure is close to Lotus Grandeur, which is home to several of the leading production businesses in the movie business, including Sajid Nadiadwala, Reliance Entertainment, Abundantia Entertainment, and others.
The office boasts a RERA carpet area of 1904 square feet and includes the convenience of three designated parking spaces. Reports further stated that the transaction was officially registered on August 25, accompanied by a stamp duty payment of Rs45.84 lakh. Earlier, Kajol made news for buying two apartments worth Rs 11.95 crore in the Ananya building in Juhu, which is located in the sam vicinity as her current bungalow Shiv Shakti. Reportedly, the carpet area of both the flats is around 2000 sq. ft. On the work front, Kajol has films like ‘Do Patti’ and ‘Sarzameen’ in her kitty whereas Ajay Devgn will be seen in films like ‘Maidaan’ and ‘Singham Again.'
