John Abraham seizes Property in Mumbai for Rs. 75 crore

A Bollywood actor and film producer who works in Hindi films and known for his stoic action hero persona, John Abraham snaps up a luxury property in the tony Khar area of Mumbai for over Rs. 75 crore.

Regardless an actor, producer and sports enthusiast, the 51 year old John Abraham is also a smart investor in many realty projects and companies who lives in a sea-facing penthouse on the Hiten Apartments on the Shirley Rajan Road in Bandra West.

The property, a 13,138 sqft bungalow in the Khar area has been cracked up for around Rs. 75 crore and has the possible & potential capabilities for redevelopment.

According to property consultant Indextaps.com, previously the property was retained by 81-year-old Pravin Nathalal Shah.

Pravin is now a tenant of Pennsylvania in the US with his 10-member family. And the property includes an open land area of 7,722 sqft and a two-story 5,416 sqft bungalow that named as Nirmal Bhuvan on the 372, Linking Road, Khar West.

The Linking road in the Khar West is rated as the third most popular high street retail in India after MG Road in Bengaluru. The residential realty of Khar commands a value that ranges between Rs. 40,000-90,000 per sqft. With 10 members of the Pravin family, John Abraham registered the agreement.

In addition, this Bollywood persona is acknowledged to be an intense property investor. Abraham has a range of real estate projects in the pipeline. Apart from real estate, Abraham is said to have invested in many companies across various sectors including online, food and beverages, community, fitness and lifestyle.

Also John owns two sports teams - Guwahati-based Northeast United which is a professional soccer team in the Indian Super League and the other one is Delhi Waveriders which is a professional hockey team that plays in the Indian Hockey League.
