Indian Realtor steals the spotlight at Trump's Inauguration

On January 20, 2025, Donald Trump began his second term as president of the United States by taking the oath of office. Ashish Jain, managing director of Kundan Spaces, a real estate firm based in Pune, was one of the visitors at the launch.

Jain, a prominent person in India's real estate industry, met Trump and his son Eric Trump at a pre-inauguration luncheon. At the gathering, Jain also got to know Jeff Bezos, the Founder of Amazon.

With more than 20 years of expertise, Ashish Jain has left a lasting impression on the Indian real estate market. He is renowned for his outstanding business sense and industry leadership, and he is the driving force behind Pune-based Kundan Spaces.

According to his LinkedIn page, Jain attended Cardiff University from 2000 to 2001 to obtain an MBA. Before that, from 1995 to 1999, he earned his Bachelor of Commerce from Symbiosis College of Arts & Commerce. He also attended St. Joseph's Boys' High School in Khadki from 1984 to 1994 and graduated.

Jain received Vijaya Bank's "Best Customer Award" early in his career for his outstanding handling of the bank's finances.

His LinkedIn page showcases his more than 24 years of expertise as the managing director of Kundan Spaces, a position he has held since January 2001. Under his direction, one of Kundan Spaces' upscale residential projects took home the 2020 Best Architectural Award.

Jain supports business endeavors in addition to real estate. He continues to support creative companies and has invested in roughly five startups, including Capizal.
