India's Skyline Builders marks its entry to Dubai Property Market

Prominent Real Estate developer in India, Skyline Builders registered their entrance into the Dubai property market by inaugurating their first residential complex ‘Avant Garde Residences’. Also the company Skyline Builders has established its Dubai headquarters in Downtown Dubai.

The Kerala-based builders foreseeing the construction to be complete by Q4 2026 with the apartment cost starting at Dh625, 000 for a studio.

Speaking on to this, the company says in a statement, “The 24-floor Avant Garde Residences presents an investor-friendly payment plans, with only 1 per cent due monthly during the construction period”.

Situated in JVC (Jumeirah Village Circle), the apartment complex holds 18 residential floors, 5 podiums & one ground floor. This complex is set to house 172 carefully designed residential apartments including Studios, 1 & 2-Bedroom units and three retail shops.

Straddling over 300,000 square feet, the Avant Garde Residences tower also holds an array of lifestyle amenities including a health club, infinity pool, game room and play area for kids.
