Incuspaze leases 3.25 lakh sq.ft Office Space for QUBE Software Park near HAL Airport

Within a year, Incuspaze hopes to have a footprint of 1 million square feet in Bengaluru and 2 million square feet in other important South Indian cities.

In a statement on September 9, Incuspaze, a provider of flexible workspaces with its headquarters in Gurugram, announced that it had leased a 3.25 lakh square foot office space in Bengaluru's QUBE Software Park along the Outer Ring Road.

This most recent office can oblige north of 5,000 seats.

The statement from the organization featured that the cooperating player expects to clock an impression of 1 million square feet in Bengaluru and a sum of 2 million square feet across key urban communities in southern India.

Recently, Incuspaze likewise rented 5.8 lakh square feet of office space in Gurugram, including 2.20 lakh sq ft space in M3M Urbana Premium on Fairway Augmentation Street, and 3.5 lakh sq ft in Udyog Vihar.

The distance between HAL Airport and QUBE Software Park and Whitefield is 27 minutes and 22 minutes, respectively. A 15-minute walk will get you to the Bhoganahalli Bus Stop. Since its beginning in 2016, Incuspaze has extended its presence across 44 areas in 18 urban communities, spreading over an arrangement of 4 million square feet.

The company offers managed office space, co-working, and traditional workspace solutions to a wide range of customers, including startups, MSMEs, and enterprises. Indian Inflection Opportunity Fund led Incuspaze's initial funding round of $8 million, which was announced at the end of July.

According to a company statement, Incuspaze intends to further expand its network of flexible workspaces, improve its technological infrastructure, and continue providing innovative and individualized workspace solutions to its diverse clientele with this new funding.
