IHCL pens a new deal of agreement to build Luxury Gateway Resort in Rajasthan

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) ha srecently signed a a 200-key new resort in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan, to be branded as a Gateway resort.

This green project will signify the strategic partnership between IHCL, Jalan Group, V2RS Group, and Jatsons, bolstering IHCL’s portfolio in the region.

The bright face of Jalan Builders, The Managing Director Jalan Hospitality partner Pratiik Jalan expressed his gratitude saying, “We are delighted to collaborate with IHCL in Sawai Madhopur for their Gateway brand. This partnership underscores our commitment to developing a world-class resort offering in Rajasthan.” 

The place will offer a variety of culinary experiences with an all-day diner, a bar, and a speciality restaurant. These will perfectly house more than 5,000ft² of banquet space suitable for both celebrations and corporate gatherings. Additional facilities include a spa, a gym, and a swimming pool.

After this new construction, IHCL’s has expanded their mark in Rajasthan with 30 hotels, out of these nine of them are under construction.

Additionally, IHCL recently signed agreements for two new Taj Hotels in the Kingdom of Bahrain. IHCL’s global portfolio now comprises 334 hotels, with 109 more under development across four continents, 13 countries, and over 130 locations.
