IBM has chosen to lease 110,000 square feet of office space from Table Space at DivyaSree Greens, located on Bengaluru's Inner Ring Road. This move signifies the city's development as a world-class tech center.
The project that started as Dell's custom-built campus has become an attractive destination for major companies at DivyaSree Greens. Prominent firms including Dell, Table Space, PayU, Progress, and Atlassian now occupy the campus, which demonstrates the attractiveness of this place for technology-based companies. IBM and other businesses choose Table Space Suites for their ready-to-move-in managed offices. These spaces enable enterprises to start operations without setup delays, which is crucial for time-sensitive business environments.
IBM carried out this lease as part of its ongoing infrastructure growth in India. IBM India Private Ltd. acquired 8.3 lakh square feet at Embassy GolfLinks Business Park in Bengaluru last August for ten years at ₹140 per square foot monthly rent. During the previous year the company secured a 106,000 square foot lease in the Divyasree Orion campus based in Hyderabad. IBM maintains its strategic trajectory toward expansion in India through its current developments by harnessing both human resources and infrastructure capabilities within the country.
IBM Bangalore operations lead Anandd Raoo showed enthusiasm about the new office in his LinkedIn post, emphasizing its benefit for company capabilities. Global tech giants find the Bengaluru real estate market attractive because of such major transactions that consistently boost its role as a worldwide technological hub. The relocation of IBM to DivyaSree Greens has strengthened Bangalore’s reputation as an innovation hub while ensuring the continuous expansion of its commercial real estate market.
