Hyderabad-based JV Ventures & Terminus Group joins to set-up Hospitality Platform

Venture Capital and Private Equity firm based in Hyderabad, JV Ventures and Terminus Group, a realty developer will together establish a $200 million ( approximately Rs.1,680 crore) hospitality development platform called Madison.

The hospitality development platform intends to concentrate on the growth and development of the mid-market luxury hotels in the key localities such as Thiruvananthapuram, Visakhapatnam, Tirupati and Hyderabad. Within the following five years, it aims to develop 25 assets spanning more than 3000 keys. The projected platform will get an equal investment prospective from both the partners.

The hospitality platform Madison will be the core flagship product in the thematic living segment named PowerPod, catering and focusing to all age segments. 

Madison will expressively balance its entire offering in its portfolio, as previously the platform focus has been across the sectors of life sciences and education sectors.

In addition, it provides an opportunity to cut down the risks in operations while conserving the pride of the hotel management and its ownership. This significant initiative is a part of a greater trend in the booming hospitality sector in India directed by augmented travel interest and involvement of investors.
