Housing Societies in Mumbai soon to be Redesigned by Keystone Realtors

Rustomjee Group owned Keystone Realtors announced that the company secured access to renew the plot and grounds of of Veena Nagar Co-operative Housing Society Limited and NeelKamal Ghruh Cooperative Housing Society Limited covering more than three acres in Mumbai.  

The company has been finalised the locality of Malad on the combined land spanning over 12,120 sq.mtrs, and boasting a combined GDV (Gross Development Value) of Rs. 1,200 crore.

This project is projected to be commenced in the next year. This move of redevelopment lines up with the strategy of the company to build an expanded portfolio that owes to fortify the presence of Rustomjee in elevating part of Mumbai city.

This activity of redevelopment will show the way to potential sale of approximately 3.42 lakh sq ft of RERA carpet area with the estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs. 1,200 crore
