House of Hiranandani to Develop Rs 12,500 Cr Premium Projects in MMR

Over the next two years, the real estate company House of Hiranandani plans to invest ₹12,500 crore to expand its footprint in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).

The business stated that it will invest ₹12,500 crore to establish five projects in MMR. The business said in a statement on October 29 that the investments, which would be covered by internal accruals and equity, will be used for the whole development of these five projects, including land acquisition, construction, and other expenses.

With a luxury development spanning more than 7.3 million square feet, House of Hiranandani hopes to take advantage of the growing infrastructure in the area as well as the growing demand for high-end residential and commercial real estate, the company stated.

One of the company’s ambitions for MMR’s growth is the integrated development of a 25-acre plot of land in Thane’s Hiranandani Estate. According to the statement, it is already building a number of high-end luxury towers, including “Castalia” in Kandivali, “Belicia” in Panch Pakhadi, Thane, and a 350-acre township in Thane, to mention a few.

Surendra Hiranandani, Chairman and Managing Director of the company says, “Mumbai’s infrastructure development and growing demand for world-class spaces presents a tremendous opportunity for us in MMR. With this investment we are set to redefine the MMR realty market through our meticulously designed and planned luxury projects”.

Harsh Hiranandani,  Director says, “Mumbai’s real estate market is evolving and we have been witnessing high demand for premium developments and state-of-the art commercial spaces in MMR. Our goal is to establish new benchmarks in the industry. This strategic step in our journey will create developments that speak to the aspirations of the present day homebuyers and businesses alike”.
